Product Description
The HS PA30-SE is a multifunctional phased array detector primarily designed for rapid detection of bolt cracks and fastener stress. It employs phased array ring arrays for defect detection and piezoelectric/electromagnetic longitudinal and transverse waves for bolt preload measurement.
Suitable for various metallic materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper, aluminum) and non-metallic materials, it enables rapid and accurate detection, localization, evaluation, and diagnosis of multiple internal defects (cracks, inclusions, porosity, gas holes, etc.) in plates, welds, castings, forgings, pipes, and other structures with diverse manufacturing processes and configurations.

Hardware Features

Software Features

3. Offline analysis software simultaneously displays A, B, S, C, D, and 3D scan images, marks weld center and width positions, and automatically analyzes quantitative defect parameters including length, depth, height, and horizontal orientation.
4. The system features wedge calibration functionality, enabling rapid on-site parameter adjustment based on wear conditions without requiring test blocks.
5. The software incorporates depth compensation, angle compensation, curvature correction, acoustic path gate, and depth gate functions.
6. Supports multi-channel ultrasonic pulse callback, single-transmit/single-receive, and simultaneous TOFD inspection. In TOFD mode, synchronous A/B display is available with multi-channel split-screen visualization and calibration.
7. Focusing Modes: The instrument supports multiple focusing modes including full-screen dynamic focusing, arbitrary surface focusing, isodepth focusing, horizontal focusing, and projection plane focusing. It features focused beam image simulation, visually displaying the spatial relationship between the focused beam and the workpiece structure.
8. The device software is simple to operate, allowing process settings and ultrasonic beam coverage simulation for various weld bevel types (including flat welds, T-joints, fillet welds, and pipe welds), facilitating operation. It features simulated scanning and waveform inversion functions to help operators understand the ultrasonic path through the test piece, along with automatic CAD import capability.
9. Supports TOFD calibration with quick and convenient setup. Enables depth calibration for direct waves, bottom waves, and transverse hole echoes, displaying results in both depth and time formats.
10. Supports TOFD analysis functions including synchronizing direct and back-scatter waves, direct wave suppression, gain adjustment, and SAFT.
11. Features convenient TOFD defect depth, height, and length measurement capabilities.
12. Capable of defect measurement recording according to relevant standards and automatic generation of inspection reports. Inspection results are automatically entered into the report and can be printed directly.
