The HS PA30-S is a phased array detector that combines multiple functionalities, primarily designed for the quick detection of bolt cracks and fastening stress. It offers precise measurements, an intuitive interface, easy operation, and a highly integrated hardware system, all in a compact and portable design. This device is ideal for the rapid and accurate detection, localization, evaluation, and diagnosis of various internal defects-such as cracks, inclusions, porosity, and pores-across different manufacturing techniques and structural forms like plates, welds, castings, forgings, and pipes. It can be used with various metal materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper, aluminum, as well as non-metallic materials.
Features
●It features multifunctional integration in a compact size and supports phased array, bolt crack detection, bolt preload/TOFD, and A-scan detection capabilities.
●The detection interface offers data visualization, and with the added feature of intelligent one-click waveform search, the detection process becomes more efficient.
●The device is user-friendly, with automatic calibration of the phased array elements, allowing the probe to be placed directly on the bolt end for immediate readings.
●A, C, and L views, along with 3D multi-angle displays, present the inspection results, making defect assessment clearer and more intuitive.
●By utilizing a comparison algorithm based on sound velocity differences and the standard model, the bolt preload results are more precise, achieving an accuracy of up to 1ns.
●The ultrasonic equipment is compact, portable, and energy-efficient. Its small-capacity power supply is easy to carry and offers long battery life, making it ideal for on-site operations at high altitudes.
