The HS PA30-E represents an advanced phased array detector, designed to achieve complex phase-array detection requirements and it can analyze detection data in real-time.
Additionally, it can be configured to accommodate 2 sets of TOFD inspection channels, enabling integrated imaging through dual-phased array TOFD (PAUT). Moreover, this system can perform scans and inspections of welds encompassing a thickness of up to 100mm in a single operation.

This HSPA30-E instrument include the following features:
●The focus law is adaptable to various PA scanning methods, enabling concurrent scanning and imaging operations.
●Offers a dual TOFD channel feature, facilitating integrated imaging using dual phased array TOFD (PAUT).
●Incorporates dual linear array (DLA) and double-sided array (DMA) capabilities for detecting austenitic stainless steel.
●Supports output of multi-channel video display signals to diverse screen displays, along with feedback control.
●The dual-axis encoder interface accommodates two-dimensional corrosion C scanning and wheel probe detection.
●Facilitates high-speed network transmission, allowing for real-time data upload and download.
Application Area
The HSPA30-E phased array flaw detector can be used in the aspects below:
Perform phased array inspections on a variety of workpieces such as plates, pipes, and welds.
Equipped with a dual-line array configuration consisting of 2*32 elements, allowing for proficient detection of austenitic stainless steel using a double-sided array approach.
Especially well-suited for phased array inspections that encompass complex structures or materials. This includes but isn't confined to applications like PE pipe electrical conduits, composite materials, TKY butt welds, flanges, blades, and numerous other scenarios.
