HS PA30-S is a phased array detector that integrates multiple functions and is mainly used for rapid detection of bolt cracks and fastening stress. The instrument has high measurement accuracy, friendly interface, simple operation, high degree of hardware system integration, compact size and portable. It is suitable for rapid detection of bolt cracks and fastening stress, suitable for rapid and accurate detection, localization, evaluation, and diagnosis of various internal defects (cracks, inclusions, porosity, pores, etc.) in different processing techniques and structural forms such as plates, welds, castings, forgings, pipes, etc. of various metal materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper, aluminum, and non-metallic materials
Features
●Multi functional integration, small size, compatible with phased array, bolt cracks, bolt preload/TOFD, and A-scan detection functions.
●The detection interface data visualization, supplemented by intelligent one-click waveform search, makes detection faster.
●The instrument is easy to operate, the phased array element is automatically calibrated, and the probe can be directly placed at the end of the bolt for direct reading.
●Using the comparison algorithm of the sound velocity difference and the standard model, the bolt preload results are more accurate, with an accuracy of up to 1ns.
●Ultrasonic equipment is compact, portable, and energy-saving. The small-capacity power supply is portable and has long battery life, which is beneficial to high-altitude operations on-site.
●A, C, L, 3D multi-view angles display the inspection results, making defect judgment more intuitive.
