The HS PA30-E represents a leading phased array detector, boasting the capacity for complete focalization through a remarkable array of up to 64 elements. This configuration ensures its suitability for addressing intricate phased-array detection, while simultaneously processing detection data in real-time.
Its adaptability extends to accommodating two sets of TOFD inspection channels, enabling the seamless integration of dual-phased array TOFD imaging. Furthermore, this advanced system has the capability to perform comprehensive scans and inspections of welds encompassing thicknesses of up to 100mm in a single operation.

●Integrate a dual-axis encoder interface, empowering two-dimensional corrosion C-scan and wheel probe inspections.

The HSPA30-E instrument finds application in the following domains:
Utilize phased array technology for inspecting plates, pipes, and welds.
Incorporate a 2x32 dual-linear array, along with a double-sided array, to enhance the detection capabilities for austenitic stainless steel. Primarily designed for TFM phased array inspection of intricate structures or materials, including but not limited to PE pipe electric, composite materials, TKY butt welds, flanges, and blades.
