Competition Overview
On November 11, the highly anticipated 2024 National Industry Vocational Skills Competition, the 3rd Vocational Skills Competition (Non-destructive Testing) of China National Petroleum Corporation, officially opened. More than 200 employees from China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petrochemical Corporation, China National Offshore Oil Corporation, National Oil and Gas Pipeline Network Corporation and other companies participated in the competition.
The competition aims to further promote the selection and training of highly skilled talents in the field of non-destructive testing and improve the overall technical level of my country's oil and gas industry. This equipment is suitable for flaw detection and thickness measurement of welds and mother plates in boilers, pressure vessels, pipelines and various metal components.

400MHz hardware sampling frequency, higher waveform restoration;
It can be connected to the Internet through WIFI to achieve cloud detection.
HS PA30-E Ultrasonic Phased Array Detector
This equipment is suitable for total focus phased array inspection of more complex structures or materials, such as PE pipe electric and hot-melt welding, steel skeleton PE pipe electric fusion welding, composite materials, TKY butt welds, flanges, blades, etc.

Precise AIM sound field simulation;
With total focusing function, conventional phased array function and TOFD function.
Pre-competition training: contestants are ready to go
In addition to providing competition equipment, Zhongke Innovation also fully utilizes its advantages in technical training and conducted a three-day pre-competition training for the contestants. During the training, Zhongke Innovation's professional and technical personnel provided systematic practical operation guidance for the contestants in accordance with the requirements of the competition. Through the practical training of ultrasonic testing and phased array testing, the contestants had a deeper understanding of the competition process and equipment operation, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the competition.

Electromagnetic thickness measurement, no coupling agent required, low surface requirements, high temperature resistance, can achieve ultra-long-distance data transmission and remote control
HSD-RT-OLMO-16 Multi-channel Ultrasonic Stress Monitoring Instrument
It can monitor the change of preload force of in-service bolts with an accuracy of ±5%. The single-wave method can support 16 points, and the dual-wave method can support 8 points. It can simultaneously monitor the residual stress and working stress of 8 points of the in-service workpiece (critical refraction longitudinal wave method)
