This detector features a 1GHz hard digital sampling frequency and an acoustic time measurement accuracy of 1ns, ensuring high-quality hardware to guarantee accurate test results. Meanwhile, combined with a streamlined software operation mode, the instrument has various built-in process parameters, one-click operation, automatic wave finding, and direct reading, resulting in fast testing speeds and convenient operation.

The HS1000-X innovatively achieves hardware compatibility for both piezoelectric (PZT) and electromagnetic ultrasonic (EMAT) ultrasonic excitation/reception modes.

Suitable for flat surfaces and normal temperature and pressure environments, providing extremely high detection sensitivity and micron-level stress resolution.
02 Electromagnetic Probe Module
No coupling agent required; effectively penetrates surface rust, paint, and heat insulation coatings; suitable for curved surfaces, high temperatures (up to 200°C), and harsh outdoor conditions.
03 One-click seamless switching
Users only need to select the detection mode and object on the touch screen interface, and the system will automatically complete the switching of the transmit/receive circuit, pulse parameter optimization and algorithm model loading, which greatly simplifies the operation process.
