HS Vertex-FA256 high-speed TFM phased array module
This module has 256 fully parallel channels, supports total focusing method TFM, phase coherent imaging (PCI), and plane wave imaging (PWI) detection technologies, and has a 10 gigabit network transmission speed.
HS Cortex-HF100 High Frequency Ultrasonic Testing Module
This module is mainly developed for high-end applications and can be connected to ultrasound probes within a frequency range of 100M, with a maximum repetition rate of 27500Hz and a sampling rate of 1GHz. Equipped with high-frequency probes, it can detect micrometer level defects.
HSD-AIR-I Air Coupled Ultrasonic Testing Instrument
This detector adopts a non-contact ultrasonic testing form that does not require coupling agents, and is mainly used in industries such as aviation, shipbuilding, automotive, and military. It has relatively good detection performance for various types of aviation composite materials, lithium batteries, and materials with water or slight pore states.
HS 1000-X Ultrasonic Stress Comprehensive Tester
The instrument has excellent performance, with a hard digital sampling frequency of 1GHz/5GHz and a maximum sound time measurement accuracy of 0.2ns. It is compatible with piezoelectric and electromagnetic ultrasonic probes and can be used for detecting residual stress, load stress, and bolt preload in work pieces.
