Introduction
The TOFD single-pole adjustable angle scanner is mainly used for TOFD detection of circumferential welds of pipes with a diameter of 114mm and above, TOFD detection of flat plate welds, and TOFD detection of longitudinal seams of pipes with a diameter of ≥500mm. It is equipped with 3 pairs of TOFD probe frames. The bottom pair of probe frames is used for minimum φ114mm pipes in the circumferential direction. The angle of the scanning frame can be bent 90 degrees. It is equipped with 4 pairs of strong magnetic wheels and has its own braking device.
