Introduction
The TOFD double-poles adjustable angle scanner is mainly used for TOFD detection of circumferential welds of pipes with a diameter of 114mm and above, TOFD detection of flat plate welds, and TOFD detection of longitudinal seams of pipes with a diameter ≥500mm. It is equipped with 4 pairs of TOFD probe frames. The angle of the scanner frame can be bent laterally, which is used in longitudinal seam scenarios. The probe holder rod can be rotated in the circumferential direction, thereby changing the angle of the probe holder, and can be used for circumferential inspection of small pipelines. Equipped with 4 sets of strong magnetic wheels and built-in braking device.
