Introduction
The double-sided chain scanner of process pipelines is mainly used for phased array ultrasonic inspection of single-sided or double-sided butt circumferential welds of pipes with diameters of 89mm-406mm. It is equipped with two probe clamping frames at the front and rear, a roller encoder, and a unique chain link quick-release method, which facilitates quick detection on site. The standard adapts to 22mm width wedges, and the wedges clamping frames of other sizes can be customized.
