Equipped with three hardware channels, it detects various acoustic-transparent materials including steel, aluminum, and titanium alloys. The inspection process is non-destructive, rapid, and requires no protective measures.The instrument incorporates preloaded acoustic elasticity data for common metals like Q235 and Q345, as well as high-strength bolts, with ongoing expansion of its new material database. Its versatile applications span industrial sectors including bridge construction and wind power generation, enabling on-site installation inspections, in-service testing, and online monitoring of axial stresses in bolted structural connections.
