The HS 811 TOFD Detector is a specialized ultrasonic time-of-flight diffraction (TOFD) inspection device characterized by stability, simplicity, and practicality. It supports simultaneous data acquisition from six TOFD probes.

●Instrument Software: Features both SAFT (Synthetic Aperture Focusing) functionality and differential direct wave straightening capability.
●Offline Analysis Software: Features SAFT (Synthetic Aperture Focusing) processing, side-by-side comparison of pre- and post-processing images, and direct conversion of TOFD images to BMP bitmaps.
●Offline image analysis: Restores and replays A-scan waveforms recorded during scanning; statistical analysis of defect dimensions and contour thickness/amplitude data; conversion of records to ASCII/MS Word/MS Excel format reports.
