The HS900L electromagnetic ultrasonic low-frequency guided wave detector is designed as a tool for detecting guided waves using electromagnetic technology. It operates without the need for grinding or coupling, and has long transmission distance (up to 300m) and high detection efficiency.

 

Performance Feature

 

●Ideal for the non-destructive inspection of internal and external corrosion over long distance in targeted workpieces like steel cables, steel bars, and threaded steel components.

●Characterized by its integrated design, this device boasts a lightweight and compact structure, ensuring effortless portability.

●Capable of transmitting signals directionally (both forward and reverse) or bidirectionally, no coupling agent is required.

●Equipped with a dual-channel configuration, this system allows for independent reception and transmission through two separate channels. Alternatively, the direction can be manipulated by adjusting the phase settings.

●With the function of ultrasonic guided wave mode selection dispersion curve.

●Incorporating a range of functions, including 64-order digital filtering of echo signals, wavelet-based noise reduction, and digital averaging.

●Incorporating an automatic calibration function for guided wave sound velocity.

●Featuring the ability to perform complete data recording and preservation, along with real-time analysis function.

●The connecting cable between the instrument and the probe adopts a shielded structure, which has stronger anti-interference ability.

●Output test results and defect statistics report.
