System Software (Function description,interface display)
1.The automatic detection results can be stored and printed, and the detection records (detection curves and related data) can be stored on the storage medium. The industrial computer could permanently store the continuous detection records. When the test results need to be modified, password authorization was needed.
2.Instantly display the quantity of genuine products and rejects in the flaw detector.
3.In the process of automatic detection, the system will automatically generate an audible and visual alarm when it detects defects or delamination and poor coupling thickness measurement.
4.The system has a pre-alarm function. The pre-alarm line can be set at will, but it must be lower than the alarm line.
5.After the sample tube calibration is completed, the relevant parameters can be stored in the industrial computer for use when the same specification is tested next time.
