Detection process

◆ Longitudinal, transverse, oblique, delamination defects and wall thickness measurement in seamless steel pipes

◆ Blind zone of pipe end: longitudinal, oblique and delamination detection ≤ 50mm

Transverse detection ≤ 50+2×T (T is wall thickness)

◆ Detection method: 

1. Water film coupling type (applicable to large-diameter thick-walled pipes, which is easy to adjust)

2. Water column coupling type (applicable to small diameter and thin-walled pipes, with small near-field blind zone)

3. Full/partial immersion type (applicable to workpieces with heavy weight and rough surface) 

4. Dry coupling type (electromagnetic ultrasonic)

System software (Function description, interface display)

1.Integrate probes with the same function on a strip chart through software to reduce the problem of small displayed images caused by multiple channels

2.The automatic detection results can be stored and printed, and the detection records (detection curves and related data) can also be stored on the storage medium, the industrial computer could permanently stores the continuous detection records. When the detection results need to be modified, password authorization was needed.

3.Instantly display the quantity of genuine products and rejects on the screen of the flaw detector.

4.In the process of automatic detection, the system will automatically generate an audible and visual alarm when it detects defects or delamination and poor coupling in thickness measurement.

5.The system has a pre-alarm function. The pre-alarm line can be set at will, but it must be lower than the alarm line.

6.After the calibration of sample tube is completed, the relevant parameters can be stored in the industrial computer for use when the same specification is detected next time.
