In the 1980s, the domestic manufacturing industry was gradually developing, but the detection technology closely related to it was still heavily dependent on imports. In 1988, Zhongke innovation successfully developed the first digital ultrasonic flaw detector prototype in China, which filled the gap in this field in China.  Since then, with the continuous increase of R & D investment, China's first TOFD ultrasonic testing instrument, the first portable phased array detector with 1ns time-delay precision, the first modular phased array + TOFD integrated detector, and electromagnetic ultrasonic detector have been born one after another, effectively laying the leading position of Zhongke innovation in the nondestructive testing industry.

The new upgrade of the third generation full focus phased array detector HS PA30-E has made new improvements in technical functions and user experience: it supports 64 elements of real-time TFM full focus scanning and imaging function and dual phased array TOFD integrated imaging function, which can be adapted to two groups of TOFD detection channels and can scan the weld covering 100mm thickness at one time. This non-destructive testing equipment can be used not only for phased array testing of conventional plates, pipes, and welds but also for accurate non-destructive precision testing of complex scenes such as electric and hot fusion welding of PE pipe, composite materials, TKY butt welds, and flanges.
